Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy explains how NAAX TECHNOLOGIES CORP. (“Naaxtech,” “NERP,” “we”) handles personal data across the NERP platform and every app on it, including Docmaker and Boopy. One NERP account spans all apps, so this single policy covers them all.
1. What we collect
- Account data — your name, email, and profile photo.
- Business & app data — the content you create in each App (for example, invoices in Docmaker or subscriptions in Boopy), your businesses, teams, and settings.
- Billing data— plan and token usage. Card details are handled by our payment provider; we don't store full card numbers.
- Technical data — basic logs and device/browser info needed to run and secure the Service.
- Optional integrations — if you connect a third party (e.g. Google), we store the tokens needed to provide that feature, and only use them for that purpose.
2. How we use it
- To provide, secure, and improve NERP and its Apps;
- To process your plan and tokens;
- To send service messages (and reminders/notifications you enable);
- To respond to feedback and support requests;
- To meet legal obligations.
We do not sell your personal data, and we don't use your business content to train third-party models.
3. Data isolation between businesses
NERP is multi-tenant. Every record is scoped to a workspace, and database-level security rules ensure one business cannot read another's data. Apps read and write only within the workspace you're acting in.
4. Sharing
We share data only with service providers who help us run NERP (hosting, database, payments, email, and — where you use them — AI providers), under contracts that protect your data; with your teammates in a business you belong to; or when required by law.
5. AI features
When you use an AI feature, the relevant content is sent to our AI provider to generate a response. We use providers that do not retain your data to train their models. Don't put anything into an AI feature that you wouldn't want processed this way.
6. Retention & deletion
We keep your data while your account is active. You can delete your account anytime from Settings (a deliberate, multi-step confirmation). Deletion removes your solo-owned businesses and their data; some records may be retained where the law requires.
7. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data. You can do most of this in-app (Profile & Settings), or contact us and we'll help.
8. Security
We use encryption in transit, row-level security in the database, scoped access tokens, and least-privilege practices. No system is perfectly secure, but we take protecting your data seriously.
9. Children
NERP isn't intended for anyone under 16.
